Abstract In the given paper two-degree-of freedom control device is considered. On the input of this device two digital signals arrive and are subject to separate linear digital processing. Control action on the output of two-degree-of freedom control device is generated by a linear combination of the processed digital signals. Synthesized system with this controller is called a system with controlled output and impact. Two-degree-of freedom device management method for the synthesis of a given analytical performance quality requirements of the synthesized system is described. An algorithm of two-degree-of freedom digital control device in the form of differential equations, which defines control as a function of the previous values of the reference variable, controlled variable and management is gained. A block diagram of the control action calculation algorithm, which uses basic arithmetic operations of addition and multiplication is developed. The expression to determine the number of actual operations to be performed to calculate the current frame on the digital controller for hardware implementation is suggested.
