DISCRETE-ANALOGUE FILTER OF THE SECOND ORDER ON SWITCHED CAPACITORS WITH TUNING OF POLE FREQUENCY BY DIGITAL POTENTIOMETER
D.Y. Denisenko , N.N. Prokopenko , Y.I. Ivanov , D.V. Kuznetsov179-1892025-11-10Abstract ▼A discrete-analogue filter of the second order on two frequency-switching capacitors is developed and investigated. The proposed circuit contains two inputs (In_LPF_HPF, In_BPF_NPF) and four outputs (Out_LPF, Out_BPF, Out_HPF, Out_NPF). The filter type (numerator of the transfer function) is determined by connecting a signal source to the corresponding input of the circuit and taking a signal from the corresponding output. The pole attenuation depends on the resistance of a single resistor R5, which does not affect the other parameters. Therefore, the pole attenuation can be tuned using this resistor. To set the passband gain at a given level, it is appropriate to use resistor R1 in the LPF and HPF, and resistor R2 for the BPF and NPF. Changing these resistors will not cause changes in other parameters of the filter circuit. It is established that the pole frequency depends on the resistance of the resistor R8 or digital potentiometer Kdp (Kf), the transmission coefficient of which can be changed by changing the binary digital code Kf, fed to its control inputs, and the other parameters of the filter link do not depend on them, so by changing the resistance of this resistor or the transmission coefficient of the digital potentiometer the pole frequency can be tuned in a wide range while preserving other parameters. Computer modelling of the investigated discrete-analogue filter is performed in Micro-Cap environment. The sequences of pulses controlling electronic keys are given. Graphs of output voltages at the circuit outputs (Out_LPF, Out_BPF, Out_HPF, Out_NPF) are shown. The application of a digital potentiometer in the filter circuit is extremely promising in the construction of adaptive signal processing systems.

UAV GROUP MANAGEMENT WHEN WORKING OUT OF CRISIS FLIGHT SITUATIONS IN SOLVING TRANSPORT PROBLEMS
А.I. Savelyev, V.V. Lebedeva, I.V. Lebedev, К.V. Kamynin, L.D. Kuznetsov, А.L. Ronzhin2022-04-21Abstract ▼The relevance of the development of algorithms for managing a group of UAVs in the event of
crisis situations that affect the performance of the task is substantiated. An algorithm for autonomous
collective (decentralized) control of a group of UAVs is described when performing the target task of
transporting goods, as well as combined control in the event of crisis situations when the autonomouscontrol mode cannot be fully implemented. The algorithm for working out a crisis situation in case of a
lack of energy resources on board the UAV and the return of group agents to the starting position is
described in detail. The results of modeling the movement of a group of UAVs of multirotor and aircraft
types and working out a crisis situation for managing a group of UAVs based on information about the
reserves of energy or fuel resources are presented. During the experiment, iteratively calculated the
remaining fuel when the UAV moved to the landing point, as well as the amount of fuel available to the
UAV at a given time. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the time for calculating the balance
of the energy resource does not exceed 6.792 ms. If the leader runs out of fuel, the cargo transportation
mission ends ahead of schedule, since it cannot be completed without the participation of the
leader. If several slaves fail, the mission can be continued if their number does not exceed a predetermined
value, which is critical for the continuation of the cargo delivery mission. The results of experimental
studies on modeling the flight of an UAV with a load are presented, during which a flight route
was built that simulates a curvilinear trajectory of movement in urban conditions from the starting point
to the end point, where the UAV is landing and transferring the cargo. In the experiments, the developed
UAV and the onboard fastening system of the thermal container were used. During flight tests, the average
horizontal speed of the UAV was set to 10 m/s. The length of the flight was 5350 m. The flight time
was 13 minutes. 51 seconds. -
SHAPING OF CONTOURED-BEAM ANTENNA MAIN LOBE BY PROFILING OF REFLECTOR ANTENNA
К.М. Zanin, D.D. Gabrielyan, Y.V. Kuznetsov, S.Е. Mishenko2024-10-08Abstract ▼In satellite communication complexes, it is required to ensure a given level of the gain of the space
antenna in a given serviced area. A lower level of gain beyond this area is also required. The boundary of
the coverage area may have a complex shape that does not change during the operation of the communication
system. To meet these requirements, reflector antennas with a profiled reflector are used. The law
of profiling the reflector surface is described by smooth analytical functions. However, when forming a
contour lobe with a more complex shape, the required phase distribution may have discontinuities during
the transition through the period 2π. These gaps cannot be eliminated by smooth functions without distortion.
In this case, the known approaches to profiling reflectors of reflector antennas do not allow obtaining
a radiation pattern with a given quality. The goal of the work was constructing a reflector of a reflector
antenna, which provides the formation of a radiation pattern with specified parameters. To achieve
this goal, the following tasks have been solved: 1. Development of an algorithm for profiling the reflector
of a reflector antenna, taking into account the shape of the boundary of the serviced area and taking into
account the given law of distribution of the gain; 2. Conducting numerical simulations on the construction
of the reflector profile. In the course of the research, an algorithm has been developed that allows you to
obtain the reflector profile of a reflector antenna. This reflector antenna generates a field distribution at
the aperture corresponding to the radiation pattern with the required parameters. To do this, the calculation
of the field distribution on the plane was performed, and the surface of the reflector was synthesized
based on the calculation results. Numerical simulations have confirmed the possibility of constructing a
reflector antenna that forms a radiation pattern with specified parameters. -
FUNDAMENTALS OF DESIGNING HIGH-TEMPERATURE ANALOGIC MICROSCIRCUIT ON WIDE-GAP SEMICONDUCTORS (REVIEW)
А.V. Bugakova, D.V. Kuznetsov, V. Е. Chumakov, D.V. Kleimenkin, М. А. Sergeenko2023-10-23Abstract ▼An analytical review of promising technological processes for high-temperature analog microcircuits,
which are in demand in space, aviation and automotive instrumentation, petrochemical
industry, electric power industry, military electronics, medicine, etc., is presented. The problems
of designing microcircuits of this class based on wide-gap semiconductors (silicon carbide
(SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), gallium arsenide (GaAs)) that provide a wide range of operating
temperatures (-200°С…+500°С). Currently, "low-current" circuitry based on SiC, GaN, GaAs
wide-gap semiconductors for operation at high temperatures is extremely undeveloped, which
does not allow designing new-generation analog products in the interests of Russian enterprises.
Today, many topical issues of SiC, GaN, GaAs high-temperature circuitry and dynamics have not
been resolved. Therefore, it is necessary to study structural and technological solutions, as well as
heat removal. In this regard, the article analyzes the problems of designing microcircuits of these
classes. At the same time, one should take into account the limitations of technological processes, which, in many cases, allow creating only the same type of active elements, which makes it difficult
to build microcircuits. The relevance of the above studies is related to the problems of import substitution
under the conditions of sanctions, when the purchase of an electronic component base for
responsible use from foreign firms becomes unavailable. Russian recommendations are needed on
the development of rules for designing analog interface microcircuits (operational and differential
difference amplifiers, transimpedance and charge-sensitive amplifiers, compensation voltage stabilizers
and buffer amplifiers, current conveyors, etc.) for the tasks of processing signals from
sensors of physical quantities in the high temperature range (+150 °С ... +500°С).
