ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫХ СТРУКТУР И СОСТАВА ПОДРАЗДЕЛЕНИЙ ТРАНСПОРТНОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ НА ЖЕЛЕЗНОДОРОЖНОМ ТРАНСПОРТЕ

Аннотация

Реализована задача, максимизации технико-экономической эффективности и ее при-
менение в целях своевременного и полного выполнения задач по обеспечению устойчивого и
безопасного функционирования транспортного комплекса. Целью является нахождение
минимального необходимого для перевозок числа человеко-ресурсов. Руководствуясь основ-
ными положениями бережливого производства, была реализована задача оптимизации
количества трудовых ресурсов. Построена математическая оптимизационная модель
штатного расписания для распределения задач штатно-ресурсным единицам для управле-
ния перевозочными процессами. Оптимизационная задача решалась с использованием клас-
са интервальных графов с максимальной нагрузкой на один цвет. Для реализации постав-
ленной задачи было создано программное средство, позволяющее использовать для внедре-
ния на производстве, производя расчеты нахождения оптимального количества трудовых
ресурсов при заданных граничных условиях, с полной загрузкой системы при максимальной
нагрузке определенных цветов в классе графов интервалов. Представленные результаты
могут быть использованы как непосредственно самими субъектами транспортной инфра-
структуры, так и в системах управления предприятий и организаций, осуществляющих
свою деятельность в области обеспечения транспортной безопасности, в агрегаторах
грузоперевозок и логистических отделах различных компаний. Возможно построение раз-
личных оптимальных вариантов организационных структур и подразделений транспорт-
ной безопасности с минимальными затратами на организацию процессов перевозок.
