Abstract The noninvasive evaluation technology of the functional states of the human nervous system, including the model of the new generation force-torque hardware-software complex (HSC) , which allows to evaluate the state of the central nervous system in accordance with the criteria generally accepted in physiology and medicine on the basis of the HSC signals was developed and tested. In contrast to known analogs this HSC is equipped with six-component force-torque sensors recording the forces and torques at all points of interaction between parts of the subject body and the outside world that allows us to analyze both fast and slow postural micro movements of the human body and its parts. For the detection and analysis of fast postural micromovements we proposed to use spectral method of signal processing; so a program of frequency analysis of stabilogram and ballistogram was developed. For the stationary intervals program analysis uses Fourier analysis based on Welch method. The analysis of non-stationary segments is performed using Morlet wavelets. For determining the characteristics of autonomic regulation the possibility of recording and processing of respiratory rate, heart rate and galvanic skin response is provided. The results showed that sensing all surfaces with which a sitting subject interacts, is an effective technique that allows to reveal the hidden manifestations of pathological and enhanced physiological tremor. The results allow us to speak about the effectiveness of the proposed technology for the diagnosis of early neurological disorders, as well as to identify the dynamics of normal human functional states.
