Abstract A spatial configuration of the occurrence motion intervals frequency with constant velocity in frontal and sagital plane identified as the result of clinical approbation of a new indicators system. This configuration is the necessary sign of stable equilibrium in the absence tasked with addressing movement. Specific changes forms, which can be reduced with successful treatment and may be clinically interpreted, are corresponded to various anatomical and functional pathologies. Parametric (fixed by the proposed system of indicators) and visually detectable structural features of histograms and scatter plots intervals provide violations differentiation of the muscle equilibrium function, nerve and bone and joint subsystems. Their usage provides possibility the diagnosis, assessment of pathology severity, control the recovery process in complex pathologies and combined injuries connected with joint functional disorders and/or anatomical damage of bone, joint, muscular and nervous systems. Solved problems: screening diagnostics of early idiopathic scoliosis stages; differentiation and assess the severity of functional disorders in children cerebral paralysis; control of treatment process at the hip and knee joints; evaluation of the conservative results and surgical treatment of post-traumatic ankle arthritis and ankle-heel joints.
